Refund policy
Our goal is for you to love what you have purchased.
If for any reason you aren’t 100% happy with your online order, we are more than happy to offer an exchange, gift card or refund with following conditions:
- Your return is within 30 days from the day you receive your item.
- Full refunds are only available for faulty items and damaged goods. Gift card with no expiry date is issued for returns for change of mind.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability, we promise to always do our best for you to get what you're after.
- You will be responsible for any postage fees for exchanges.
- Moorditj Bwoka has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been purchased prior to processing a refund or exchange. Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. **Please keep in mind this is only available for in-person purchases at this current time**
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return items, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
